I am interested in fungal biology, symbioses, and secondary metabolism.  I got my PhD at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2016 from the Department of Plant Pathology working with Dr. Nancy Keller to explore bacterial-fungal chemical communication. As of August 2016 I have transitioned to the  Arnold Lab to further explore fungal symbioses with autotrophs and endofungal bacteria.
